Dan possesses more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in supporting core business initiatives, particularly in driving organizational change, reducing operational cost and improving individual and team productivity. Dan possesses strong expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, reward systems and employee engagement.  Most of his career has been devoted to supporting business leadership teams/executives in taking underperforming businesses and driving them to be best in class.

Dan earned his MA from Kent State University and his BA from Cleveland State University.
