Jeaninne joined the firm in 1997 and currently serves as the Operations Leader for our Defined Contribution (DC) Consulting Practice area. Her primary responsibilities involve directing firm capabilities and resources to deliver DC services in accordance with service level agreements, deploying systems and standards of practice to manage risk for our clients and the firm, and managing and developing a staff of DC experts.
With 20 years of employee benefits experience, Jeaninne is skilled in the design and implementation of custom solutions for retirement plans. She specializes in plan design, plan corrections, data management services, and compliance testing. Jeaninne is experienced with ESOPs, 401(k) plans, nonqualified plans, and defined contributions arrangements for organizations of all sizes. She has particular expertise in developing specialized service models for unique plan operations.
Jeaninne has attained the designation of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She received her MBA from Western Kentucky University and her BBA from Austin Peay State University.Download Bio PDF
