With more than 25 years of experience working in the pension industry, Keith assists clients with plan design strategies and financial management related to a variety of qualified retirement plans. In addition to his broad experience ranging from data manipulation and valuation preparation to plan design and actuarial consulting, Keith has special expertise related to Taft-Hartley/multi-employer plans, governmental organizations, and plans for entrepreneurs and professional practices.

Keith is an Enrolled Actuary (EA), a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA). He currently serves on the Actuarial Standards Board Pension Committee where he writes and reviews professional standards for actuaries. Keith is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries Pension Committee and provides independent and objective analysis, advice, and education to stakeholders of public and private retirement plans. He has also chaired and written exams as part of the Enrolled Actuaries Exam Writing Committee.

He received a BS from Thiel College.
