Principal & Benefit Administration Practice Leader

Mark is a Principal and leads the Benefit Administration Practice. In this role, Mark has overall responsibility for strategy, product development, client solutions and operations.

Mark is a strong business leader with a track record of client-focused results and innovation in the benefit administration market. He joined Findley in 2009 and led the successful upgrade and expansion of the firm’s service delivery model that placed an emphasis on greater value in the marketplace. Prior to joining the firm, Mark held leadership positions in pension administration services in both the consulting and insurance industries.

Mark’s unique perspective of benefit administration services is influenced by thirty years of experience, twenty of which as a consulting actuary for a variety of companies, including Fortune 50 multi-nationals. He believes that by improving and leveraging technology and processes, companies of all sizes can minimize their risk and cost, allowing them to become more strategic and less administrative.

Mark is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He received his BS from St. John’s University.
