David joined the firm in 1983 and is the firm’s Health & Welfare practice leader. David has over 30 years of experience in the design, funding, administration, regulatory compliance, and service of Health & Welfare employee benefit plans. He has extensive experience in retiree medical design, costing, funding, and reporting, especially as it pertains to GASB 45 and ASC 715-60 requirements. His clients include governmental entities, not-for-profit, and for-profit private employers. He also has experience and expertise in providing consulting services for companies involved in mergers and acquisitions.
David is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He received his MS from Vanderbilt University and his BS from David Lipscomb University.Download Bio PDF
