Human resources and employee benefits consulting firm acquires Pittsburgh firm; continues regional, national growth
COLUMBUS, Ohio and PITTSBURGH – July 10, 2018 – Findley, an independent human resources and employee benefits solutions firm with more than 250 associates serving more than 2,000 clients across the country, is growing its footprint with the recent addition of Pittsburgh-based Hallett Associates, which joined Findley effective June 29, 2018.
Further positioning the firm for continued growth as a regional and national player in a rapidly changing marketplace, the transaction with Hallett Associates strengthens Findley’s services with government plans, cash balance and small plans and expands business with multi-employer plans.

The transaction follows the recent rebranding of the 50-year-old firm from Findley Davies|BPS&M to Findley.
