New name reflects strategic positioning as firm continues regional, national growth
COLUMBUS, Ohio and NASHVILLE, Tenn.
Findley Davies | BPS&M – an independent human resources and employee benefits solutions firm with more than 250 associates serving more than 2,000 clients across the country – is now Findley.
The new Findley name is a result of the 2016 merger of Findley Davies with BPS&M (Bryan, Pendleton, Swats & McAllister), and positions the firm for continued growth as a regional and national player in a rapidly changing marketplace. Through the merger, the firm expanded its geographic reach in the U.S. to all 50 states, and deepened industry expertise, especially within the employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) market and the government sector.
“One of our overarching goals during the integration of our two firms was to create a brand that represents our forward thinking vision for the future while exemplifying our culture, dedication to client service and expertise in the marketplace,” said John Weber, managing principal of Findley. “We’re pleased to roll out the Findley name as we continue our evolution with greater geographies, resources and breadth of services.” The company anticipates a continued growth trajectory as it expands its brand through potential acquisitions, new office locations and other opportunities.
Findley has offices in Chicago; Cleveland, Columbus, Ohio and Toledo, Ohio; Louisville, Ky. and Nashville, Tenn. Findley offers consulting and administration services, including: retirement plans, health and group benefits, change management, actuarial, ESOPs and compensation and rewards. “At Findley, we deliver expertise, experience and innovative solutions to help our clients align their people and business strategies to navigate today’s evolving business environment and achieve their business goals,” said Betsy Hammond, principal and chief operating officer of Findley.
The rebranding builds on the firm’s 50-year-old history, evoking a brand recognized for its expertise and experience and ensuring the advancement of the two firms’ shared culture, values, vision and exceptional client service. The dynamic new logo and website represent a progressive approach that makes the complex world of retirement, benefits, human capital and mergers and acquisitions simpler for organizations across the nation.
