Findley’s Response in Addressing COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

With increased government guidance and requirements around the Coronavirus COVID-19, Findley has taken action to comply with those requirements, while also ensuring that business continues and our clients’ needs are both anticipated and met. We remain committed to continuing the exceptional client service that Findley is known for.

By maximizing our abilities to work remotely, we are continuously serving our clients while supporting our associates’ safety and the safety of the communities in which we live. We have curtailed travel in accordance with government guidelines, and have implemented effective, alternative ways to participate in events and meetings. We have developed policies to help our associates deal with any medical, private, or family issues they may come across.

Findley has invoked the attributes of our internal Pandemic Policy and Business Continuity Plan. In addition, we continually review the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as all state, local, and other guidance. Our leadership team has been meeting daily to ensure we address any potential challenges before they become issues, and to ensure we continue to provide best-in-class service and support to our clients.
